NT 3D Facility POC
Original IFC-based xeokit 3D facility viewer for NT government tender
First-generation 3D facility proof-of-concept built to win the NT tender. Uses xeokit SDK with IfcOpenShell for loading IFC 4x3 building models. Demonstrated real-time sensor data overlay on architectural BIM geometry — rooms, floors, and equipment overlaid with live battery health indicators.
