National-grade weather intelligence platform built entirely on Cloudflare's edge. Runs FourCastNet and GraphCast ML inference directly in Workers AI. A complete observability mesh with distributed tracing, real-time analytics, rate limiting, JWT auth, and multi-channel alert dispatch — all as separate dedicated Workers. GCP migration plan also documented in Notion.
